All Silver Pines achievements and how to unlock them
Silver Pines has 23 achievements.
17 come from story moments and the three endings; 6 from collectibles: 25 Mementos, Memento slots (Vessel Shards), every map, every coffee pot (stamina) and every Hip Bag (inventory). Nothing is permanently missable if you save before the ending choice.

Missable and tricky ones
- Boss-drop Mementos (Corroded Iron Ball, Snake Earring, 8 Ball Gear Shift, Polaroid Negative) — loot the body right after each fight.
- Burden of Memories / Ending: Live both need all 25 Mementos — see our Memento list.
- Memento Mori needs every Vessel Shard; they hang in bird-shaped wind chimes — look up and shoot them down.
- Ending achievements: save at the phone after the final boss so you can reload for each ending.
A clean 100% plan
- Play the story normally, grabbing every map board and coffee pot you pass.
- After Church Hill (Sledgehammer + Crank Handle), sweep all districts for Hip Bags, Vessel Shards, Mementos and Stars.
- Finish Thelend, save after the final boss, then do Leave → reload → Live → reload → Rest.
FAQ
How many achievements does Silver Pines have?
23 on Steam. Many are hidden until unlocked; story achievements come from completing areas, the rest from endings and collectibles.
Are any Silver Pines achievements missable?
Not permanently: all three endings can be reached from one save, and collectibles can be gathered after Church Hill. But some Mementos drop from bosses or one-time scenes, so pick them up when you see them.
How do I get 'Moment of calm, Brief respite'?
Pet the cat in the Ferry Office in the Silver Pines Outskirts.
How do I get 'Call me...'?
